  • What donations do you accept ?
    Donors make a contribution via : Cash / Credit / Debit Card / Bank Transfers / PayPal / Venmo / CashApp / Zelle.
  • Where do people see my event ?
    Communities Unite will showcase your charity event on our " Events " page. You can also share the project everywhere you and your supporters will see it ! 1) You can share your event campaign on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, E-mail, or the event link and run it on your Social Media accounts or blog. 2) Wherever people see your campaign, they can donate directly to the page. After they donate, we ask them to share it with their Friends / Family / Community. 3) For those who are not on social media can still contribute. Simply send them the event link
  • How do I become a site member ?
    Becoming a Communities Unite site member is FREE and EASY. 1) You can easily create an account with your Facebook or E-mail accounts. 2) If you wish to add a payment method you can easily add it to your profile.
  • Why should I use Facebook to log in ?
    We support signing in through Facebook, E-mail, and Password. We recommend using Facebook in order to easily increase visibility and raise more money for your event that we together to create or a cause you believe in !
  • Is Communities Unite registered as a 501(c)(3) charity ?
    Communities Unite is a 501(c)(3) charity organization that is registered in the United States Of America. We are acknowledged and in good standing with the IRS. We are headquartered in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • I forgot my username / password. What do I do?
    Don't worry, your information is safe with the username and E-mail address you signed up with. Check your E-mail inbox for earlier correspondence from infocommunitiesunite.com to determine which email you provided. If this doesn't work, you are free to use the " Forgot E-mail / Password " link upon signing in.
  • How does Communities Unite make sure my data is safe?

  • How do I update my personal info like name, photo, and email ?
    The easiest way is to sign into your account. Select the field you wish to edit in the left side menu. You will have the ability to customize all of your personal settings such as your name, email, and password. Also, you can upload your photo as your User Icon so that your picture appears next to your personal comments on our Blog.
  • Is there a minimum donation ?
    In short, All donation amounts are welcomed. Give any amount you wish that you are comfortable with for that cause you are interested in. The least amount you can donate can be as little as $1.00
  • What donation options do you in person or online ?
    Cash / PayPal / Zelle / Venmo/ CashApp are the premium modes of payment through which donors can donate any amount they desire on our website or via mobile app. We also provide the option to donate via Check, or donated services or Goods.
  • When will I be charged for my donation ?
    Depending on your donation method, payments are usually processed within one business day, at which you point your account will be charged. If you decide to donate via a Cryptocurrency, your donation can be processed instantly or within a few hours after you initiate the action.
  • What do donors see on their credit card statement ?
    Donors will see " Communities Unite " listed on their credit card or bank statements.
  • Is my donation to Communities Unite tax deductible ?
    Absolutely. Communities Unite is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit charity organization. We have been granted tax exemption status and acknowledged to be in good standing with the IRS. We are headquartered in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • How do I know my donation will fund the campaign I choose ?
    When you donate any amount to the campaign of your choice, you will immediately receive a notification that your amount has been allocated to the campaign which you selected. 1) Donors get regular updates about the campaign for which they donated. 2) Related documents are uploaded to our website and or social media. 3) Donors will receive scheduled e-mail reports which include event updates and other details.
